Looks nice. I'd have a problem not being able to add stations to the database, though. Of course, since I'm in the US, DAB wouldn't be of much use, right?
Like that it's stereo - something sorely lacking in most WiFi radios for some reason. |

| It is possible to add Internet stations to the database. Like you say DAB isn’t in the US. |

I too have been unable to get the Phoenix Radio to work. It has not worked since I took it out of the box. The batteries do not charge and fresh batteries do not work. It fails to connect with any wifi network. I have emailed my complaints and demanded my money back. As I read these posts it is clear to me that this company is a den of thieves. Their product is defective, they do not support it and they do not respond to complaints. Have you ever tried to call their toll free number? What a joke. You get a busy signal or sometimes a message that says that number cannot be dialed from the states. I too would be willing to pursue a class action lawsuit. I would be willing to help create a fund to acomplish this. This company needs to be stopped at any cost. |

i had the same problem with my radio..but here is a solution to fix it..take a piece of paper and stick it in the hole that your adapter connects into in the back of the radio..but make sure the paper is at the top of the hole..and put in your adapter..see the adapter on some of the radios is too small to fit in the hole nice and snug to get a proper charge for the radio to work and the batteries to charge..but the paper will make it fit in snug so your radio can finally work.. |

| I guess the powers that be at Com One finally decided to pull the plug on the Phoenix. Tried to play the radio and nothing comes up. |

| Yep. I should have checked to see if the website was still up before I foolishly hit the RESET feature on my radio. Now I can't even plug a USB with music on it and have it play. This thing is totally useless now. |

| Nah. Once I hit RESET, I lost the firmware and can't get it back now since their site is down. I went surfing to see if I could find the file somewhere...no luck. The Baracoda site is gone, the Orange Radio site is gone. The only thing left is their Com-One shop site still advertising the radio for 149 dollars...ha! The least they could have done is leave the wifi-radio.biz site up indefinitely, even if they had run out of business. What harm would that have done? |

| i know..they shoulda kept the site up for those who have the radios..because the radios is worthless without the site..and i paid a lot of money for this damn thing hell if they didn't want to run the site anymore.they coulda sold the company to vtuner and have them load their software on our radios so we could still use it..cutting us off like this isn't right..we didn't spend a few dollars on these radios.most of us paid close to two hundred or more for these things..that's illegal practice if you ask me!!!! |

| I just went on to Phoenix website and my page is back to normal, listing all of my stations and presets. Maybe someone just realized that there were people out there who actually used the site. I just hope it stays there and we can enjoy our Phoenix (2). There were no new blogs to explain what happened. |

| ...and I'm afraid there will be no more new blogs. As long as they keep the server going, I can live without the blogs from them. I do notice that my selection choice (France because it offers alot more stations) does get updated with new podcasts (50 Cent concert last week, something called Telerama this week). |
